Sales Representatives


Sales Representatives provide friendly service by actively seeking out customers by a combination of telesales, email, phone consultations, in-home consultations, showroom consultations, web activities, and follow-up work to assess their needs and provide assistance. Sales Representatives have an emphasis on company and product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items to sell an entire project. Sales Representatives in this position know how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge and maintaining safety, security and integrity.

A Sales Representative should have product knowledge that includes, but is not limited to the following areas: knowledge of a variety of carpeting, ability to explain and demonstrate stone and tile knowledge, ability to explain a variety of hardwood floor products and installation and ability to educate customers about refinishing hardwood floors.

Minimum Qualifications
Pass the Drug Test
Pass the background check

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years flooring sales experience
5+ years Retail, Specialty Retail, Outside Sales or Trade experience
